Important love mail art by/for Thirty-three
The first art 33 made. Featuring 33, Mouth Dreams
I had a dream
I couldn't remember it
But when I woke up I could feel the remnants of something fluttering
Like the wings of a blue morpho
Which would carry itself to nectar and uncurl its probscis to drink
I would never get to witness this, I know --
The flowers I display are decoration, used to entertain as I watch them wilt
And my wings can't lift my heavy body
I think I'll go back to sleep.
the peculiar way you spoke
i imagine you'd written one line
and paused -
taking in your work
revising it in your mind
and when you sent your lovemail off to me
did you know that when i would receive it
i would shake
did you know your words would nauseate me
do you mean to make me feel like that?
i touch you
and you burn me
and it hurts
i touch you
and you burn me
and it hurts
and as i let you scorch my palm, i feel my epidermis peeling away from my dermis
and it reveals the disgusting inner workings of my body
and as i cook myself, i feel my blood curdling from the heat
and my fat melting away and pouring out of me
and soon my arm is burnt up, black with soot
and the rest of myself follows
peel peel peel
pour pour pour
i pull my hand away
